Our Mission

To reduce the prevalence of Osteoporosis and Arthritis in West Virginia by providing information on prevention and education, making available information on treatment, and lessening pain and disability by encouraging individuals to maintain productive lives.

Ebenezer Medical Center Healthy Programs

Ebenezer Medical Center located at 1448 - 10th Avenue in Huntington, WV is offering programs to quit smoking, eat healthy, and manage chronic disease.  Fees for the programs are based on income.

9:00 a.m. on Tuesdays and Fridays, room 208; ARTHRITIC EXERCISE classes.

5:30 p.m Tuesdays, room 303; Chronic Disease focus (such as diabetes) Healthy Lifestyle Healthy Life Program education class.

5:30 p.m. on Tuesdays, room 304; Diabetes support groups.

5:30 p.m. on Thursdays, room 303; Smoking Cessation four-week class.

5:30 p.m. on Thursdays, room 304; support meeting for Smoking Cessation.

6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, room 208; Weighted Workout classes.

9 a.m - 5 p.m. on Fridays; Fresh Market fresh foods from local farmers offered. Everyone welcome.
